设备介绍

本机用于鞋帮结束后，利用高温蒸汽及干燥之热气高效率软化定型帮面以达到快速成型效果。该机的运用可节约电能楦头。特制不锈钢热室，利用热风和蒸气高速对流以消除帮面内应力，使帮面更贴楦。配有可调式温度控制器，可依鞋材调至最佳使用温度。(本机可按工厂的要求生产制造不同尺寸以适应工厂的生产要求。)

Function

After the shoe upper is finished, this machine uses high-temperature steam and dry heat to efficiently soften the shaped upper surface to achieve rapid prototyping effect. The use of this machine can save electric energy last. The special stainless steel heating chamber utilizes high-speed convection of hot air and steam to eliminate the internal stress of the upper surface and make the upper surface closer to the last. Equipped with an adjustable temperature controller, which can be adjusted to the best use temperature according to the shoe material. (This machine can be manufactured in different sizes according to the requirements of the factory to meet the production requirements of the factory.)
