设备介绍

红外线辐射强度高，波长稳定，无紫外线辐射及炫目可见光污染，热响应时间快，易温控。升温速度，热惯性小。采精密SCR之温控系统，温度恒定精准，使贴底效果极佳。不需要温热，开机约60秒就可快速到达设定温度（80℃）。烘箱长度1米，节省厂房长度。红外线灯管工作时，没有氧气燃烧，没有毒气，节能环保。比传统烘厢节省电力约35%左右。

Function

High infrared radiation intensity, stable wavelength, no ultraviolet radiation and dazzling visible light pollution, fast thermal response time, and easy temperature control. The heating rate is small, and the thermal inertia is small. Adopting precision SCR temperature control system, the temperature is constant and accurate, so that the bottoming effect is excellent. No need to warm up, the set temperature (80°C) can be quickly reached in about 60 seconds after turning on the machine. The length of the oven is 1 meter, which saves the length of the plant. When the infrared lamp is working, there is no oxygen burning, no poisonous gas, energy saving and environmental protection. Compared with traditional ovens, it saves about 35% of electricity.
