设备介绍

本机采用回转式设计，大大节省空间。双层设计采用隔离方式，配合贴底作业处理，上胶、组合等流程设计，提供工作效率，节省人力。上层采用托盘式，下层采用可调距鞋楦架设计。采用NIR低炫光渗透近红外线管加热，配合热风循环，升温速度快，温度稳定精准（温度开启约40-50S可快速打到设定值温度）。工作位采用封闭式自动门设计，完全杜绝热风的流失，节能环保。采用特制橘皮纹高反射灯罩，大大提高了光源使用率，缩短烘干时间，更加节能。本机配备刷胶机及下抽风系统，使作业空间空气环保。

Function

The machine adopts a rotary design, which greatly saves space. The double-layer design adopts the isolation method, and cooperates with the process design of bottoming operation, gluing, and combination, which provides work efficiency and saves manpower. The upper layer adopts a tray type, and the lower layer adopts an adjustable-pitch shoe last rack design. Using NIR low glare penetrating near-infrared tube heating, with hot air circulation, fast heating speed, stable and accurate temperature (the temperature can be turned on for about 40-50s to quickly reach the set temperature) The working position adopts a closed automatic door design to completely prevent the loss of hot air, energy saving and environmental protection. The special orange peel pattern high-reflective lampshade is adopted, which greatly improves the utilization rate of the light source, shortens the drying time, and saves energy. The machine is equipped with a glue brush and a lower exhaust system to make the working space air environmentally friendly.
